Penatalaksanaan Bridging Exercise, Kneeling dan Vestibular Stimulation untuk Meningkatkan Kekuatan Otot Tungkai dan Keseimbangan pada Anak Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia di Klinik Mitra Insan Mandiri Ponorogo

Diplegia Spastic Cerebral Palsy is caused due to damage to the cortex. The cortex is responsible for sending a message to the body to assist in the social skills and the ability of advanced motor functions which can lead to spasticity in the muscles of the limbs and happened restriction of movement to perform activities such as standing and walking independently. Physiotherapy in improving functional ability, preserve spasticity, increase muscle strength and improve balance established in the case of spastic diplegia cerebral palsy using the modalities for bridging exercise and kneeling. After treatment for 4 times on cerebral palsy spastic diplegia assessment results on spasticity from T1 to T4 does not increase spasticity, the muscle strength has increased with the result of the patient can stand with one foot T1: 6 seconds T4: 10 seconds and the ability mototrik rough use GMFM the dimension D (stand) on T1: 38% to T4: 40% with the results the patient can stand on its own independently and stand on one leg for 10 seconds but the patient can not walk independently or still need help from others. Bridging exercise and kneeling can improve muscle strength, spasticity maintain, improve balance up and running and improve motor skills at the level established in the case of cerebral palsy spastic diplegia.
