Mesoscopic Physics and Its Basic Characteristics

Through boundary for the mesoscopic structure and analysis for the basic characterics of mesoscopic system by now,this paper shows that the mesoscopic scale is not only the nano-size scale but also the micron scale of macroscopic sizes
