The invention discloses an impeller rotary drum continuous water washer, which comprises at least two unit water washers that are sequentially connected and communicated with each other, wherein each of the unit water washers comprises a box body; a U-shaped water groove is set inside the box body; an impeller is set inside the U-shaped water groove; a plurality of cloth arrange rollers are set at an inlet side of a fabric above the impeller; and a cloth amount control device, a first air blowing device and a roller that are user for making the fabric be in slack state are sequentially set at an outlet side of the fabric above the impeller. According to the invention, the impeller is set inside the U-shaped water groove, fabrics enter blades of an impeller rotary drum in a slack way; under the loading of the impeller rotary drum, the fabrics move against the water current; the movement of the impeller rotary drum is intermittent rotation; and the fabrics can be stirred to move and water is also stirred to flow, and the collision between a large fabric and the water can be increased at each time of starting and stopping the rotation, thus greatly improving the water washing efficiency and the slacking effect to the fabrics.
