Perfil histoquímico y morfométrico del músculo glúteo (Gluteus maximus) humano: un estudio previo para el diagnóstico de su patología

espanolSe han estudiado histoquimicamente y morfometricamcnte musculos sanos de jovenes para establecer un patron muscular normal comparativo para el diagnostico tjc la patologia muscular glutea. Mediante la tecnica NADH-tr aparecen tres tipos de libras y dos con la ATPasa miosinica. Objetivandose con esta tecnica un tercer tipo fibrilar. Hallazgos corroborados con los resultados morfometricos que reflejan un mayor diametro en las libras de baja actividad NADH-tr. asi como una mayor proporcion en el numero de estas frente a las de alta actividad NADH-tr. EnglishThe normal muscles of young men and women were studied with histochemical and morphometrie techniques in order to stablish the normal muscular pattern for thc diagnosis of the gluteus muscle pathology. The NADH-tr activity showed three types of fibers and two types with ATPasc myosinic, everything compared to morphometric valucs which show thc light NADH-tr acthity fibers to have a higher proportion of them than !hose of high NADH-tr activity.
