On-line monitoring method of thermal efficiency of industrial kiln

The invention discloses an on-line monitoring method of thermal efficiency of an industrial kiln. The method includes collecting relevant operating parameters of the industrial kiln in a period T; assuming a moving average period of computing of the thermal efficiency as kT, and computing real-time thermal efficiency in a k computing period; computing the weight of the accumulative heat input items of the industrial kiln in a (k-1) computing period in the accumulative heat input items in a k computing period; reading the weighting moving average thermal efficiency at the (k-1) moment, and computing the weighting moving average thermal efficiency at a k moment; and repeating the previous steps to compute the moving average thermal efficiency at a (k+1) moment, namely conducting successive on-line analysis of the thermal efficiency. The monitoring method can be used to effectively dispose influence of the operating parameters, loads of equipment and fluctuations of heat accumulation of metal to guarantee that output result trends are accurate, stable and reliable.
