Two new nortriterpenoids from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma daqingshanense

Abstract Two new nortriterpenoids named daqingshones A ( 1 ) and B ( 2 ), along with two known ganderic acids ( 3 and 4 ), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma daqingshanense . Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data including MS, 1D and 2D NMR. Compound 2 exhibited weak anti-acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity with IC 50 value of 39.2 μM.
