Research on the Motivations and Construction Mode of R&D Alliance

RD alliance is the inevitable choice for enterprises to obtain external innovative resources and achieve competitive advantages and sustainable development in the age of global competition.From four aspects including economy,technology,market competition and policy,this paper systematically describes the motivations of RD alliance,analyzes the types of construction mode,and finally puts forward the RD alliance types and construction mode selection tactics based on different motivation.The paper aims at providing reference for RD alliance to select construction mode scientifically.
