Оценка результативности тест-системы на основе микросателлитов в проведении ДНК-экспертизы крупного рогатого скота

The effectiveness of the test-system based on microsatellites for DNA expertise of cattle was shown. The average numbers of alleles per loci are varied of 5.9 to 7.5 depending of breed. The high probability levels of the parentage confirmation (P>0.99) and exclusion (P>0.9999) were detected. The results of daughters' parentage evaluation in 47 pairs "mother daughter" were 100% in accordance with the data received by blood groups analysis
