Морфологические изменения в плаценте во втором триместре у беременных женщин с туберкулезом легких

Comparative morphological research of placenta and fetuses was transacted in 51 pregnant women, suffered from lung tuberculosis and и 30 healthy pregnant women after artificial abortion at gestational age from 22 to 27 weeks. Retardation of fetus's mass and height has been shown in women, suffered from lung tuberculosis, which was conditioned by chronic placental insufficiency at inadequate manifested compensatory-adaptive processes in placenta. During morphometry of placental structures, we registered the three-dimensional density increasing of intervilli's fibrinoid, three-dimensional density decreasing of vessel-contained villis, that was testify to abnormalities of their vascularization in pregnant women, suffered from lung tuberculosis.
