Docência em saúde: breve reflexão sobre esta prática profissional

A profissao de professor exige conhecimentos e habilidades para fundamentar sua pratica. Estes conhecimentos e habilidades sao incorporados na medida em que o docente vai desenvolvendo sua carreira, na experiencia do dia a dia, na exposicao as tarefas de ensino e aprendizagem. Este estudo de revisao fundamenta-se em elementos que capacitam o profissional da saude para o exercicio da docencia. A formacao do professor tambem depende de constante atualizacao e de incentivo da instituicao que o emprega, que deve se associar na responsabilidade pelo aprimoramento deste docente. Analise da literatura permite sugerir a premissa de que a docencia na area da saude so se concretiza com a formacao de individuos aptos a atuarem em todas as dimensoes do cuidado, pessoal, social e politico e, para isso, faz-se necessaria a adequada formacao pedagogica do docente. These skills and knowledge are embedded in that the teacher will learn during his career, in the experience of everyday life, and in the exposure to the tasks of teaching and learning. This systematic review is based on elements that enable health professionals to the teaching profession. Teacher education also depends on constant updating and encourage by the institution that employs him, which should be associated in responsibility for improving this faculty. Analysis of the literature suggests the premise that teaching in health only materializes with the formation of individuals able to act in all dimensions of care, personal, social and political, and it is necessary to appropriate pedagogical training the teacher .
