Nursing observation of minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

2011
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and nursing principle of minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis of 72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, all patients have under gone minimally invasive surgery.Clinical efficacy was observed and nursing principles were concluded. Results 72 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were treated by minimally invasive surgery, the clinical effective rate was 80.6%,mortality rate was 12.5%,hematoma recurrence rate was 6.3%.The clinical efficiency rate, mortality rate, relapse rate and hematoma neurological deficit scores of ≤7 h group and 7~24 h group were better than24 h group(P0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage had safety, less nerve and tissue damage, less preparation time and better prognosis, and it can be widely applied clinically.
