Detection of spermatozoa and acid phosphatase level in vaginal fluid

The present study is comprised of 300 females attending Obstetrics & Gynaecology, out patients department in the age group of 15 to 45 years. All studied females were married, parous and their husbands apparently fertile. Separate semen analysis not done.
