PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate simple achievement of driving with high fuel efficiency, and in addition, to indicate improvement of fuel efficiency by indicating how traveling is performed on which position on a traveling route of a vehicle in the driving.SOLUTION: A vehicle driving evaluation apparatus 10 specifies driving of which real fuel efficiency caused by vehicle traveling exceeds predicted fuel efficiency predicted in accordance with vehicle traveling as superior driving by a superior driving specification processing part 23, specifies points on which the vehicle performs traveling satisfying a predetermined superior condition in the superior driving as superior points by a superior point specification processing part 24, and displays the superior points together with the superior condition satisfied by the vehicle on the superior points by a superior point display processing part 25.
