PHYSICAL SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS PREDICT DIASTOLIC AND SYSTOLIC FUNCTION IN HEART FAILURE PATIENTS

Early stages of heart failure are associated with diastolic dysfunction. However, there are no recommendations for screening echocardiography. Therefore, clinicians need to rely on clinical evaluations. Our aim was to compare symptoms and physical examination signs in heart failure against
