PURPOSE: A cooker waste heat recycling system is provided to collect steam from a cover or the top of a cooker to recover waste heat and store the recovered waste heat to be recycled for kitchen or heating, thereby saving energy. CONSTITUTION: A cooker waste heat recycling system comprises one or more cookers(14), a steam collecting pipe(20), and a heat storage tank(60). The cookers are heated by a heat source and accommodate food inside. The steam collecting pipe is connected to a cover or top of a cooker to collect steam produced inside the cooker. The heat storage tank is embedded with a heat exchange pipe connected to the steam collecting pipe and charged with thermal media.
