A method for forming display element, including: the first metal, the insulating layer, the second metal and the protector that form on the base board, and forms the organic photo resist layer on the protector; processes the photoetching step for the organic photo resist layer to form the design organic photo resist layer; processes the etching step by using the design organic photo resist layer as covering film, forms the first touching hole on the first metal and forms the second touching hole on the second metal, and emerges the first metal and the second metal respectively; disposals the design organic photo resist layer by the heat treatment mode, creates the phase change of the design organic photo resist layer and flows to the sidewall of the first touching hole and the second touching hole in order to covering on the sidewall of the first touching hole and the second touching hole. The invention is: the design organic photo resist layer covers the sidewall of the touching hole in order to control the sidewall leaning angle of the touching hole.
