High temperature microwave preparation method for solid solution rare earth fluorescent material

The invention relates to a high temperature microwave preparation method for a solid solution rare earth fluorescent material. SrCO3, SrF2, Al2O3, SiO3 and CeO2 are taken as the raw materials, a high temperature microwave oven is taken for preparation, and the high temperature microwave oven is internally provided with an airtight fused alumina zirconia sagger. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: accurately weighting the raw materials according to the stoichiometric ratio: Sr2.975Ce0.025Al0.5Si0.5O4.5F0.5, blending, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring to obtain pulp, dispersing uniformly and obtaining mixed slurry; putting the mixed slurry into the fused alumina zirconia sagger in a microwave room of the high temperature oven, aerating reducibility gas for starting a microwave source so as to heat and insulate; and naturally cooling so as to obtain the solid solution rare earth fluorescent material. The method has the advantages of being energy-saving, fast, easy to control in temperature, and convenient to operate, the prepared solid solution rare earth fluorescent material has low possibility of particle aggregation, the particle size is uniform, and the particles can be synthetized into white light by stimulation of nanometer blue light with wavelength of 430.
