Heating welding flux of copper-coated steel/steel grounding network

2011
The invention provides a heating welding flux of a copper-coated steel/steel grounding network, belonging to the technical field of proper selection of brazing materials and welding materials. The heating welding flux has higher melting temperature than a base metal, and a grounding body formed by a joint and the base material can be guaranteed to be uniform in structure and higher in reliability. The heating welding flux comprises the components in percentage by weight: 20-36 percent of copper oxide, 1-31 percent of iron oxide red (Fe2O3), 6-20 percent of iron oxide black (Fe3O4), 12.5-16 percent of metallic aluminium powder, 20-24 percent of metallic copper powder, 1-2 percent of silicon-calcium powder and 2.5-5.8 percent of fluorite. In the heating welding flux, the melting point is 1150-1310 DEG C, the grounding body formed by the joint and the base material can be guaranteed to be uniform in structure and higher in reliability, and on the premise that the resistance meets the requirement, the proportion of the copper oxide is reduced to be below 40%, so that the material cost is greatly reduced.
