The bottom of the tensioning rope is connected with the bottom plate of the compartment, and the top of the tensioning rope is fixed to a cushion of the seat body and tensions the cushion of the seat body downwards. The hoisting rope sequentially winds across one top pulley, the bottom pulleys and the other top pulley.
