The invention relates to the technical field of rubber materials, in particular to a hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite material and a preparation method thereof. The low temperature-resistant property of the existing hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite material is poorer. The hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 99 to 101 parts of hydrogenated nitrile rubber 2007, 4.8 to 5.2 parts of activated magnesium oxide 150, 2.5 to 3 parts of zinc oxide 97%, 0.96 to 1.04 parts of stearic acid SA1801, 1.44 to 1.56 parts of anti-aging agent HS-911, 35 to 40 parts of natural gas reinforcing carbon black N774, 15 to 20 parts of silicon micropowder, 8 to 10 parts of plasticizer 804, 6 to 7.5 parts of vulcanizing agent DCP and 0.49 to 0.51 part of vulcanizing agent TAIC. The treated hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite material has the advantage that the low temperature-resistant property can reach -58 DEG C or below. The invention also relates to the preparation method of the hydrogenated nitrile rubber composite material.
