Polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester resin composition as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester resin composition which is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 90 to 99 percent of polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester and 1 to 10 percent of a nucleating agent. By the adding of the nucleating agent, the crystallization rate and the relative crystallization degree of the polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester are obviously increased. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester resin composition. The polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester resin composition is prepared by initially uniformly mixing the polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester with the nucleating agent and performing melt blending and extrusion through two screws. The preparation method is simple, high in operability, low in production cost and applicable to industrial production. The obtained polyfuran dioctyl phthalate gylcol ester resin composition can be used for forming various plastic products of different shapes through procedures of die pressing, extrusion, injection molding, film blowing, rolling, spinning and the like.
