At 76 patients with a chronic hepatitis C parameters of a functional condition of cardiovascular system were investigated and clinicopathogenetic value of their shifts was appreciated. The patients were observed to have deviations in the processes of ventricle myocardium repolarization, heart beat rate increase in day and night time, rhythm disturbance as well as some changes in echocardiographic features. These infringements are caused by negative influence of combination antiviral therapy spent by a patients with chronic hepatitis C.
