Testing device for testing PTO output capacity of engine

The invention discloses a testing device for testing PTO output capacity of an engine. The testing device for testing the PTO output capacity of the engine comprises a dynamometer connected with the engine, a hydraulic pump is mounted in a PTO output port of the engine, the oil inlet of the hydraulic pump is connected with an oil tank, and a testing assembly used for detecting temperature, oil pressure and flow in a pipeline, a pressure control assembly used for regulating pressure in the pipeline and a cooling assembly used for regulating the temperature in the pipeline are mounted in sequence on the pipeline enabling the oil outlet of the hydraulic pump to be connected with the oil tank. According to the testing device for testing the PTO output capacity of the engine, the outlet pressure of the outlet of the hydraulic pump is regulated to a specified value through a throttle valve, the hydraulic oil pressure detected by a pressure sensor and the flow information detected by a flow sensor, and loading on the engine is achieved. The operation condition of the engine and the outlet pressure and the flow of the hydraulic pump are controlled through the dynamometer. The testing system for verifying the PTO capacity of the engine is high in integration degree, good in generality, capable of being used for verifying the durability and reliability of the engine, and capable of simulating the actual operation conditions of an engine PTO system on engineering machines.
