The present invention relates to compounds that inhibit phosphodiesterase 4 and corresponding to the formula (I). The invention also relates to methods of using the compounds of formula (I), in the prevention or treatment of asthma, atopic determatitis, rheumatoid polyarthritis, functional colopathies, pulmonary arterial hypertension, liver attacks, bone rarefaction, septic shock or multiple sclerosis. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula (I).
