Diseño de la Project Management Office en la empresa CEIEC Ecuador para la gestión de proyectos mediante la aplicación de los estándares del Project Management Institute – PMI

This work has been carried out due to the need of the CEIEC Ecuador company to develop competencies in Project Management, as well as to strengthen and align the organization strategically with the organization's own objectives. The company CEIEC Ecuador, has a track record in project management since 2013, its main client is the State and as a consequence all Ecuadorian citizens benefit from these projects. It is a great responsibility to ensure that projects are carried out and delivered successfully; Although this company has experience and experience in projects at an international level, it is important that the national team and personnel obtain knowledge and develop skills to face the challenges of each new project based on both experience and good practices taken from the guide of the PMBOK® from the Project Management Institute. The problems that currently afflict the organization will be addressed from the implementation of the Project Office, for which this design proposal has been developed, coupled to the needs of the CEIEC Ecuador company.
