The invention discloses a multifunctional solar bus shelter which comprises columns installed on the ground and a ceiling fixedly installed at the tops of the columns. The columns are of hollow structures, a photovoltaic power generation panel is paved on the ceiling, storage batteries are installed inside the columns, the photovoltaic power generation panel is connected to the storage batteries, and a radio frequency signal receiver with the storage batteries as a power supply and a bus information rolling display screen are installed on the columns. The photovoltaic power generation panel absorbs, converts and stores the electric energy, and when the electric energy is required to be used, once an electric wire breaks and cracks, electric leakage is caused, and safety accidents are easily caused. Solar energy serves as a power supply of the bus shelter, so that the multifunctional solar bus shelter is wide in source, convenient to use, free of ground-buried wires and electric leakage possibility and high in security coefficient, achieves cleanliness while saving energy and reducing emission, meets the environmental-protection requirement and provides convenience for passengers, and bus numbers, line numbers, distances between buses and bus stations, bus speed and other information displayed by the bus shelter can serve as a reference.
