The invention discloses a driving control device, a transportation means and a driving control method and belongs to the field of automobiles. The device comprises a touch unit and a control unit; the touch unit is used for obtaining fingerprint information of a user and generating a touch signal based on the fingerprint information, and the touch signal comprises the fingerprint information; and the control unit is used for generating a driving control signal according to the fingerprint information in the touch signal, and sending the driving control signal to the transportation means to control at least one of the driving direction and the speed upper limit of the transportation means. Control over the driving direction and/or the speed upper limit of the transportation means is realized through touch operations of a finger of the user; in direction control, a driver can achieve direction control only through touching, and a steering wheel does not need to be continuously rotated, so that direction control operation is simplified; and in speed upper limit control, the driver sets the speed upper limit of the transportation means through touching, in this way, the speed upper limit is not exceeded during driving, and thus the over-speed problem caused by improper operations of the driver is avoided.
