Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) have been identified as the major public health problem worldwide, especially in developing countries, where the resources for their management are scarce [1]. Herpes Simplex Type-2 (HSV-2) is a one of the sexually transmitted disease and it is one of the most common courses of Genetal Ulcer Disease (GUD) [2]. HSV is a long life infection with rare to frequent recurrences of symptomatic and asymptomatic genetal shedding of 2-serotypes of virus most commonly HSV-2 and sometimes HSV-1 [3].
