Enzyme deactivation is conducted on the buckwheat starch slurry after enzymolysis is completed, the enzyme deactivation temperature ranges from 85 DEG C to 135 DEG C, and the enzyme deactivation time ranges from 15 seconds to 300 seconds. The buckwheat starch slurry subjected to the enzyme deactivation is filtered by using a filter with 100-200 meshes to obtain the buckwheat starch enzymolysis product. The buckwheat starch enzymolysis product is subjected to blending, homogenization, sterilization, concentration, drying and other processes to produce the buckwheat health-care product.
