A training objective can be considered as one of the most important sub-components of an exercise. Its achievement may allow for the development and maintenance of the related organization-specific operational capabilities. Due to its complexity, it is capable of ensuring the meeting the training require-ments set to the trainees, the establishment of the operational capabilities of the military organization or unit, to which well-defined resources and implementation requirements and criteria belong. It defines the procedures, processes, and activities to be performed by the military staff that will be practiced or measured during the exercise.
