The Rector of the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga UNAB, in use of his legal and statutory powers, and in particular those provided for in article 32, literal i, of the General Statute of the Corporation, CONSIDERING: That it is essential to establish norms that govern the organization, operation and provision of the UNAB Audiovisual Laboratory.
