Оценка возможностей коррекции нарушений аффективной сферы, пищевого поведения и сна у больных с синдромом диспепсии и ожирением в процессе комплексной дифференцированной терапии

High medical and social significance of the problem the treatment and prevention of mental health problems comorbid with the syndrome of dyspepsia and metabolic syndrome necessitates the study and search of ways of correction in this category of patients personality traits and psychopathology and their interaction to optimize treatment and rehabilitation. These results indicate that effective positive influence of complex therapy with the use of innovative non-pharmacological (individual probability and group psychotherapy) and pharmacological approaches (antidepressant valdoxan) in patients with gastroduodenal diseases, dyspepsia syndrome with co-morbid, metabolism syndrome chip metallic, confirm the possibility of correction of non-psychotic mental disorders, eating disorders and sleep, the circadian rhythm of food intake in patients with diseases of the gastroduodenal zone in combination with metabolic syndrome.
