The present invention provides a method having active - passive dual targeting amphiphilic block copolymer anti-tumor activity, disulfide is functionalized monomers, connected to the folic acid-modified N- (2- hydroxyethyl manner by RAFT polymerisation propyl) formed on one biologically compatible methacrylamide good block copolymer - methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy benzoic acid -SS- -N- (2- hydroxypropyl) methacrylamide amide - folic acid copolymer. Block copolymers of the invention can self-assemble in water to form core-shell structure of the micelle carrier, disulfide bond breakage occurs in cancer cells, and reducing high environment, such micellar structure is disrupted to release doxorubicin (of DOX), further kill cancer cells; macromolecular carrier PHPMA the copolymer reflects good biocompatibility, to further reduce the toxicity of anticancer drugs, reducing damage to normal tissues, thus having antineoplastic preparation a good prospect.
