Introduction: Congenital heart defects occurs in 9 out of every 1’000 births, of this population 90% survive until fertile age and half are women, it is expected that women with congenital heart defects have the same pregnancy expectations as well as if they did not have any disease, however the hemodynamic stress they are exposed to can compromise maternal-fetal life.
