2011
PURPOSE: A method for preparing osseous coagulum for osteoinduction and osseous coagulum prepared thereby are provided to improve osteoinduction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing osseous coagulum for osteoinduction is as follows. The blood of a testee is collected and is centrifugally separated one time for 5-7 minutes at 300-500G by using a test tube on which other components are not coated. A separated solution including a buffy coat layer and a plasma layer is obtained. Osseous coagulum is formed by mixing the separated solution and a bone graft material at the weight ratio of 1-5 : 1 and leaving the mixture for 20-30 minutes. The blood of the testee is collected and is centrifugally separated for ten minutes at 400G using a plastic test tube coated with silica to form fibrin matrix. The fibrin matrix is compressed by gauze to remove inside blood serum and is covered on the osseous coagulum.
