The relationship among VEGF、Ki67、P53 in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the the correlations among VEGF,Ki67 and P53 in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF,Ki67 and P53 in the tissues from 80 patients with breast carcinoma. Results The positive rates of protein VEGF, Ki67 and P53 were 62.5%, 66.3% and 62.8%. There were significantly correlated between VEGF and Ki67, Ki67 and P53, P53 and VEGF（P〈O.05）. Conchmion VEGF, Ki67 and P53 may be synergi- cally involved in the oneogenesis and development of breast carcinoma. Key words: Breast cancer;  VEGF;  Ki67;  P53
