Estudio ergonómico para desarrollo de una propuesta de mejora en el área de call center y telemarketing en una institución educativa

Ergonomics and improvement in jobs is a growing trend, companies seek to invest in the physical spaces of their workers so that they can develop their activities in a more efficient way, that is why the following study applied 3 methodologies focused on the study of forced postures, visualization screens (PDV) and thermal stress within a call center and telemarketing area. The application of these methodologies offered us a wide range of results which helped us to identify possible ergonomic risks in the workers in their working day. The work area of a call center is extremely demanding and may vary depending on the days or season of the institution, so the measurements made were taken on different days and times to ensure better data collection. To ensure that the results are correct, an ergonomic software was used to confirm data and results. Two proposals for the elimination of risks are presented based on the results obtained and a check list is included for the best training of workers in case the proposals are accepted.
