Grain Protein Content of Some New aestivum and durum Wheat Genotypes Under Limited Water Supply

2003
A field experiment on Irrigation management was conducted for achieving high biomass yield and high grain protein content under limited water supply. Increase in the levels of irrigation increased the grain protein content in all present studies of aestivum and durum genotypes. Among the six genotypes. MACS-2846 the durum genotype. appeared to be superior and efficient for accumulation of high grain protein content with three levels of irrigation.
