The one-die and multi-part stamping die comprises a drawing die, a trimming die and a punching die, wherein the drawing die comprises an upper drawing die base, a blank holder, a lower drawing die base and a split type convex die; the trimming die comprises a lower trimming die base, an upper trimming die base and a first material pressing core; the punching die comprises a lower punching die base, an upper punching die base and a second material pressing core. The one-die and multi-part stamping process comprises the steps of S1 drawing forming, S2 trimming and S3 punching and separating. The one-die and multi-part stamping die and process achieve one-die and multi-part production through combined optimization of multiple parts, the punching frequency is reduced effectively, and the punching cost is reduced.
