Observation of united trimebutine maleate and oryzanol in irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the application of joint trimebutine maleate oryzanol in the irritable bowel syndrome.Methods In January 2009-January 2011 diagnosis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome 198 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 108 cases,the conventional group 90 cases,observed the clinical efficacy.Results The total effective rate of 91.66% was significantly better than that of the conventional group,the total efficiency of 71.11%,total effective rate between the two groups was significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment of irritable bowel syndrome in the application of the United trimebutine maleate and oryzanol can reach visceral autonomic nervous system,bi-directional regulation of gastrointestinal motility and improve clinical symptoms and promote recovery from disease.
