The connector comprises a base (2) arranged to be attached and fixed to the support and Metal Rod (1) plate attached to the base (2) plate and extending perpendicularly to the base (2) PLATE SERVING OF ARMOR TO CONCRETE SLAB. ROD (1) is hinged rigidly to the base plate (2), welded at its foot (11), and the joint effected by AT LEAST bracket joint (18) arranged to deform and extending the base plate (2 ) perpendicularly thereto and attached to the rod (1) near an edge (20) remote from the base plate (2).
