Fiber composite sand control material and preparation method thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of sand control during extraction of petroleum and natural gas and particularly relates to a fiber composite sand control material and a preparation method thereof. The fiber composite sand control material comprises a propping agent, a coating on the surface of the propping agent and fiber, wherein the coating comprises a resin and a water suppression material; the mass of the fiber is 1 to 5 percent that of the propping agent; the mass of the resin is 3 to 10 percent that of the propping agent; and the mass of the water suppression material is 5 to 15 percent that of the resin. On the basis of ensuring bonding capacity, the material has the advantages of increasing gas-phase permeability, decreasing water-phase permeability, reaching the same gas saturation condition, capability of extracting more gas and suppressing and reducing water yield. Due to the existence of the fiber, the bonding capacity of the resin is improved, so that the resin can still achieve a pulling effect after resin bonding fails, the intensity of a compound is ensured and good long-term sand control effect is achieved.
