Physical Properties of Yellow Natural Moroccan Dye

The thin films of yellow naturel Moroccan dye were prepared by Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) technique. The deposit at different thicknesses has been taken into account in the physical properties analysis. The influence of the thickness on the optical and structural properties of the prepared layer was evaluated by fluorescence spectroscopy and AFM measurements. We found that the material has a strong luminescence and its intensity of luminescence shift with changing thickness. Also, the intensity changes with time of photoluminescence.
