Study on preparing Danshen injection and specific chromatogram

OBJECTIVE To improve the preparation method of Danshen injection, establish a fingerprint to ensure the stability of the preparation.METHODS For preparing Danshen Injection, to be deposited by glutin.We investigated a large of samples by HPLC to build up the specific chromatogram for ensuring the stability of the preparation.RESULTS The process of Danshen Injection prepared by glutin is stabe.CONCLUSION The quality of Danshan injection is influenced by the preparation method.HPLC specific chromatogram can be applied for the determination.
