As the main style of agricultural industrializaton,the organization form of "Company+Peasant" has some contradictions,like contact stable with contact uncompletded,benefit shares with benefit dividened,risk undertake with risk shifted.In order to solve the problem,we should improve information construction and service,support peasants to develop their organisation,enhance government's coordination in agricultural industrializaton benefit distribution,set up a system of risk funds insurance,build up new organization structure,etc.
