Herbal tea containing eucommia folium and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a herbal tea containing eucommia folium. The herbal tea comprises raw materials of 5-7 parts of Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo, 0.5-1 part of Dioscorea zingiberensis sheet, 8-10 parts of eucommia folium, 8-10 parts of myrtle leaf and 1-2 parts of bamboo salt. The preparation method is as below: weighing raw materials according to the weight; adding water 1-2 times the weight of the total weight of the raw materials in a container, adding bamboo salt, heating and boiling for 10-20 min, then adding brown sugar 0.1-0.5% of the total weight of the raw materials and sodium bicarbonate 0.06-0.08% of the total weight of the raw materials, blanching the eucommia folium and the myrtle leaves in the bamboo salt solution for 20-30 min, then adding Dioscorea zingiberensis sheet and Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo and blanching for 10-20 minutes; then fishing out and drying the Dendrobium officinale K.Kimura et Migo, Dioscorea zingiberensis sheet, eucommia folium and myrtle leaves; and then crushing, sterilizing and packaging to obtain the herbal tea containing eucommia folium. The preparation method of the invention is simple, and the herbal tea has the efficacies of clearing heat, moistening lung, warming the stomach, dispelling cold, nourishing liver and kidney, and reducing fat and blood pressure.
