On game between editors and authors of academic journals

In order to comprehensively analyze the relationship between editors and authors,and establish a harmonic atmosphere,this paper divides editors and authors into three types: ideal,benefit oriented and institutional,respectively.Furthermore,the games between different types of editors and authors are discussed,and their different characters are described.
