The invention discloses a component of a capacitive touch screen sensor, which comprises a first transparent insulated substrate and a second transparent insulated substrate. The first transparent insulated substrate and the second transparent insulated substrate are mutually bonded, one surface of the first transparent insulated substrate is provided with a corresponding first transparent conductive film, and one surface of the second transparent insulated substrate is provided with a corresponding second transparent conductive film; the first transparent conductive film comprises a plurality of first electrodes uniformly arranged in the width direction, and the second transparent conductive film comprises a plurality of second electrodes uniformly arranged in the length direction; each first electrode and each second electrode are respectively formed by serial connection of a plurality of corresponding first and second sensing units through transparent conductive wires; each first electrode is arranged simultaneously vertical to each second electrode; the first sensing units and the second sensing units are all I-shaped; and each I-shaped sensing unit consists of a first straight bar, a third straight bar and a second straight bar, wherein the first straight bars and the third straight bars are arranged in parallel, the second straight bars are arranged vertical to the first straight bars and the third straight bars, and the two ends of the second straight bars are respectively connected with central parts of the first straight bars and central parts of the third straight bars. The component of the capacitive touch screen sensor has the advantages of good anti-interference capability and high sensitivity of touch control.
