The invention relates to a rubbing and stirring joint method, which comprises the following steps of: providing a joint tool; providing a first component, wherein the first component has a first surface layer; providing a second component, wherein the second component has a second surface layer; providing a welding material, wherein the melting point of the welding material is lower than the melting point of the first component and the melting point of the second component; arranging the welding material at the joint of the first component and the second component, so that the first component is in butt joint with the second component; and rubbing and stirring at least one surface layer by rotating and moving the joint tool, so that two materials of the first component and the second component are in butt joint by plastic flow. The invention also relates to a rubbing and stirring joint product. In the rubbing and stirring joint method, the components are jointed in a mode of heat transfer by rubbing and stirring on the surface layers of the components by the joint tool, and the material tissues of the components are seldom changed. In addition, by the welding material with the low melting point, the flow state can occur earlier to facilitate heat conduction, so the first component and the second component have high joint strength.
