Психологические факторы профессионального здоровья преподавателей высшей школы

The article contains the results of empirical study of occupational health factors among university lecturers. It was found that high satisfaction with such aspects of professional activity as belonging to the professional community, the experience of professional demand, professional authority, satisfaction with the implementation of professional capacity; internal locus of control over health; health promotion behavior; high resistance to work stress; the use of a wide range of preventive and anticipatory coping strategies may be considered as intrasubject resources of occupational health. In order to maintain occupational health among university lecturers organizational and personal efforts should be focused on training and development of the identified intrasubject factors (resources).
